Each letter of the alphabet is shown in four different formats in this phonetically correct set of flashcards. The children will be able to make an alphabet frieze, match cards with the same phonetic sound, build a self correcting capital letter train or read commonly used words beginning with the same phonetic sound. Matching lower case letters to capital letters will help the children to understand that each letter canbe written in two different ways but retains the same phonetic sound.
